Job Description:

As a QA Engineer at Terenda, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You will work closely with the development team to identify and address potential issues, implement test strategies, and contribute to the overall improvement of our software development process.

Responsibilities:

Test Planning and Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive test plans and strategies that align with project goals and timelines.

Test Case Design: Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases based on product requirements and specifications.

Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts to enhance test efficiency and coverage.

Execution and Reporting: Execute test cases, analyze results, and provide timely and detailed reports on test progress, defects, and overall software quality.

Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure that new features and enhancements do not adversely impact existing functionality.

Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify, report, and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.

Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our QA processes.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role, with a strong understanding of software testing methodologies.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in test automation tools and frameworks.
Experience with [relevant technologies and tools used in your industry].
Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Hourly Range: $8.00-$12.00
