We are looking for an experienced manual tester to help us test our platform. Our app is a virtual event product, it is complex and feature rich.

You need to be able to:

– Watch and understand video recordings showing how the functions of the application work.
– Write a testing plan describing the different cases you will try to see if you can break the function.
– Execute the test plan. When you find an issue, you should 1. Record a video demonstrating the issue, or take annotated screenshots, 2. Write a ticket in Notion describing the issue, uploading the video, and 3. Retest the issue once it has been fixed by an engineer.

You must have:

– Chrome, Edge and Safari browser access to test the app.
– A way to record your screen to demonstrate issues.
– A webcam and microphone to use the product and test it’s webcam functions.

We are looking for around 5 hours a week, with an initial trial period of 2 weeks to see if we are happy working together.
