adminJob Responsibilities:
– Responsible for translating business needs into viable test cases. You should be able to create and execute test cases based on user stories, acceptance criteria and technical specifications using tools like TestRail, Jira or similar
– Develop and execute test cases, scenarios and scripts to ensure application quality
– Run smoke test campaigns
– Ability to document, troubleshoot and report errors/bugs following company guidelines
– Ability to document test reports, test results, and communicate findings to developers and other stakeholders
– You will collaborate with the development team and product management team as needed in order to resolve problems and identify root cause of product defects
Skills Requirements:
– Experience with web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and Javascript. You should be able to test the frontend and backend features for an web based application and their API’s
– Experience in functional and non-functional testing
– Strong understanding of QA methodologies, processes and best practices
– Accuracy in reporting issues, all steps to reproduce and issues’ behavior
– Strong understanding of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
– Experience with Bug reporting tools and case management
– Familiar with: Rest web services & API testing tools (preferably Postman)
– Fluent in English both written and spoken
– Ability to overlap with California PST working hours (starting mornings and as long as possible)
– Experience working with Salesforce CRM (nice to have but not required)
– Basic experience working with PostgresSql (nice to have but not required)
