ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our platform by designing and implementing testing processes. The primary focuses of this position will be to identify defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in our product.
Responsibilities:
– Test Planning: Collaborate with the Product team to understand project requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
– Test Case Design and Execution: Develop detailed test cases and test scripts based on functional and technical specifications. Execute test cases manually and/or using automated testing tools to identify software defects and ensure product quality.
-Bug Reporting: Document and report defects, issues, and inconsistencies discovered during testing, and work with the Product team to resolve them.
– Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve efficiency and coverage of testing processes.
– Collaboration: Collaborate with the Product team to ensure a thorough understanding of requirements and to address quality concerns.
Requirements:
– Experience: Previous experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies.
– Technical Skills: Proficient in testing tools and programming languages. Knowledge of automation testing frameworks is a plus.
– Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address software defects.
– Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
– Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure thorough testing coverage.
