**Responsibilities:**
1. Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify and report defects and bugs.
2. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
3. Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure the highest level of product quality.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to effectively communicate and address issues.
5. Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of testing methodologies.
6. Document test results, track defects, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
7. Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing.
**Qualifications:**

Hourly Range: $15.00-$28.00
