Duration: Long term (6 month+)

We are looking for a skilled QA automation engineer who can help us set up Selenium IDE test scripts for a set of repeated QA steps that we perform on our web apps. The main goal is to automate these steps to save time and improve efficiency in our quality assurance process.  

Responsibilities:
– Establish test automation process and involve in evaluating / planning the automation roadmap
– Design, develop and implement a scalable test automation framework and strategy using Selenium WebDriver
– Maintain and update Selenium WebDriver scripts
– Create test strategy, test plans and test cases for projects managed through Agile development methodology
– Develop and maintain methods and libraries needed to rapidly grow and scape automation suite
– Develop automation scripts on web applications, web services and mobile applications.
– Debug test cases and fix existing errors
– Execute automated tests, analyze test results and report defects and issues
– Perform regression testing to ensure software functionality is maintained  

Relevant skills:
– Relevant work experience in development and / or testing role
– Good knowledge of Selenium suite of Tools  
– Good knowledge of scripting / coding with at least one language such as Java, JavaScript, C#, Python, Ruby or Pearl
– Experience with automated testing frameworks
– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
– Ability to learn new technologies and quickly adapt to new situations
– Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and best practices
– Ability to work well with other team members and customers
– Ability to work independently  
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Fluent English is a must
