**Job Description**:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced developer to lead the development and integration of GPT-centric applications tailored for enhancing our sales operations. This role involves a comprehensive approach to developing, fine-tuning, and implementing AI-driven solutions, including speech-to-text models, for both inbound and outbound sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GPT model implementation, API integration, and the development of custom Python scripts for content creation.

**Responsibilities**:
– **Development and Library Development**: Build and maintain libraries for integrating GPT models into our sales processes.
– **Speech to Text Model Implementation**: Integrate speech-to-text models to transcribe sales calls in real-time, aiding in data collection and analysis.
– **Sales Calling Applications**: Develop applications to support sales calling activities, leveraging GPT models for conversation enhancement and lead qualification.
– **AutoGen 2.0**: Implement and fine-tune our AutoGen 2.0 system for automated content generation, ensuring high-quality, relevant output for sales materials.
– **Sales Agent Automation**: Create systems for automating inbound and outbound sales agent tasks, improving efficiency and effectiveness.
– **Python Scripting for Content Writing**: Set up and maintain Python scripts for automated content creation, including sales pitches, email templates, and social media posts.
– **Integration with GPT Vision and Social Media APIs**: Develop flows for incorporating GPT Vision and integrating with Instagram and other social media APIs for targeted sales campaigns.
– **Open Source Tools Implementation**: Identify, implement, and customize open-source tools for day-to-day tasks, enhancing productivity and operational efficiency.

**Requirements**:
– Proven experience in AI and machine learning projects, specifically with GPT models.
– Strong proficiency in Python and experience with API integrations.
– Knowledge of speech-to-text technologies and their application in real-world scenarios.
– Experience with developing applications for sales operations, including CRM integration and automation.
– Familiarity with GPT Vision and its applications in content generation and social media.
– Ability to work independently and in a team, with excellent problem-solving skills.
– Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
