I’m in need of a skilled Python developer who’s well-versed in working with ArcGIS Pro and its arcpy library. The task is to develop a script that can automate the process of opening a multidimensional raster layer data file. This script should also be able to read each weather data variable within the GRIB file. For every weather variable present, a new base map view window needs to be created, along with its corresponding output layout template.

Key requirements include:
– Proficient in Python with good understanding of ArcPy
– Prior experience working with GRIB files is a plus
