We are in the middle of bulidng a supply chain simulation software and need help turning it from a project that we run on jupyter notebooks to a flask application that can be ran from docker.

Python heavy. Need someone to help review code and make improvements where necessary in core logic functions (so need someone who is more than just a good programmer).

Need someone who can standardize the codebase – right now there are two developers and some coding practices aren’t standardized. Need function comments and code documentation.

Need someone who can package the software up (currently an unlisted pip package) into a flask app and into a docker image so we can deploy it on GCP.

The ideal candidate will have strong python and software development skills and knowledge of supply chain modeling and logistics operations.

We need appx 20 hours per week.

This is part of a larger project and we are using this to vet who we want to bring on.

Hourly Range: $25.00-$40.00
