See attached documents for details on work that has already been done, essentially I need this working, functionality is the only concern at this time the site that the previous developer created can be used or you can create a basic page to show the results up to you, I just want to see the data being pulled and loaded to a page with no hiccups meaning its consistent as soon as a new record shows up on the government website I want it loaded and displayed on my website. From my understanding 90 precent of the work was done but they had issues with blocking of IP they had a work around but not sure how it was implemented ….  The two sites I am using are (https://efdsearch.senate.gov/search/home/) and (https://disclosures-clerk.house.gov/FinancialDisclosure ) ,current code is utilizing AWS and hosted here http://3.16.41.24:3000/ – I only care about the Trades page
Please review and advise on your approach to fix / implement the solution and cost estimate along with timeline.
