We are a property business specialising in finding and contacting property developers to pitch our services for property deals. Our goal is to automate the lead generation process to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload.

Current Process
Platform Utilisation: We use Searchland to identify property development opportunities. Searchland integrates with Companies House, providing detailed information about companies and associated people.

Data Export: Searchland allows us to export data into CSV files, which includes company names and other relevant details.

Manual Data Gathering: Currently, we manually gather additional contact information such as LinkedIn profiles, email addresses, and phone numbers using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, Companies House, Endole, and Snovio.

Manual Outreach: After collecting the contact details, we perform outreach activities manually, which is time consuming and repetitive.

Objective
We aim to automate the lead generation and outreach process to streamline our operations, allowing us to focus on securing property deals rather than spending extensive time on manual data collection and contact outreach.

Requirements

We are seeking a developer to create an automated system with the following capabilities:

Data Integration and Extraction:

1. Extract data from Searchland in CSV format.
2. Use the data to scrape the web for additional contact information, including LinkedIn profiles, email addresses, and phone numbers.

Web Scraping:

1. Implement web scraping tools to automatically gather contact details from LinkedIn, Apollo, Companies House, Endole, and Snovio using the data from the CSV file.

Data Processing and Management:

1. Organise the collected contact information in a structured format (e.g., database or spreadsheet).
2. Ensure data accuracy and deduplication.

Automated Outreach:

1. Integrate with email and LinkedIn automation tools to perform outreach activities automatically.
2. Customise and send connection requests and introductory messages to potential leads.

Deliverables

1. Automated Data Extraction Tool: A script or application that extracts and processes data from Searchland and scrapes additional contact details from specified sources.
2. Contact Management System: A system to store and manage the collected contact information.
3. Outreach Automation: Integration with outreach tools to automate the sending of connection requests and emails.
4. Documentation: Detailed documentation on how to use and maintain the automated system.

Technical Skills Required

Python and JavaScript
Experience with web scraping and data extraction tools.
Proficiency in integrating various data sources and APIs (e.g., LinkedIn, Apollo, Companies House, Snovio).
Familiarity with automation tools for email and LinkedIn outreach.
Strong understanding of data management and organisation.
