We are recruiting a Project Manager for a small team within our company, focusing on our multi-language multi tenant website platform that supports Real Estate websites at Enterprise through individual Agent levels.
This product is established in the market, and we continue to build new functionality. There are ongoing deliveries to customers, as well as a SaaS retail product.
The ideal candidate will have good technical knowledge and might have been a developer. They will be able to assist in the accurate estimates for tasks, organize sprints, manage the backlog, and keep the team on track.
They will have a good understanding of QA systems and can advise on best practices and systems to improve our approach.
The right candidate will have good communication and team building skills, but still be able to hold developers accountable for their tasks.
We need to improve SOP and introduce documentation requirements.
We use Clickup, Notion, Slack and the Google suite of tools.
Our general working environment is friendly and informal, but professional. We do not have drama.
We appreciate a team approach, we support one another.

We have a stable team, and like to recruit new team members who will stay for a couple of years or longer if the fit is good.
