We are looking for a Product Owner for our internal technology development that will help us track and increase productivity. We are a small startup that is developing technology for the insurance industry. We have a core internal system which we are building out to run our operations. This system is enhanced by a lot of external API connected services.

We have a small core team of developers and also work with
external contractors to complete our software development.

Responsibilities
-Document existing tech and system functionality
-Breaking down user stories, requirements, and mockups into tickets for development
-Scheduling and facilitating scrum events
-Tracking and reporting on performance and production of tech team
-Ability to adapt scrum processes to our resources while we grow
-Facilitate collaboration and integration between micro services built by external devs and core system built by internal dev teams
-Help develop user feedback and acceptance strategies

Requirements
-Jira proficiency
-Scrum certifications and experience being the driving force behind implementing scrum at a start up
-Experience working fully remote while maintaining high productivity
-Experience in helping build a positive work environment while increasing efficiency and productivity
