Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join BlueJ, an innovative startup poised to revolutionize Leave of Absence (LOA) management. Our mission is to streamline and enhance LOA processes through cutting-edge technology, making a significant impact in HR management.

Responsibilities:
• Define product strategy and roadmap for our LOA management platform, aligning with business goals and user needs.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and market trends.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to prioritize features, plan sprints, and ensure timely delivery of product releases.
• Lead user research efforts to gather insights and validate product hypotheses.
• Work cross-functionally with UI/UX designers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
• Measure and analyze product performance using analytics tools to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
• Proven track record (12+ years) as a Product Manager with experience in tech-driven environments.
• Strong technical background with proficiency in SDLC, Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and product management tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and influence stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a focus on execution, capable of defining product goals and driving them to completion.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields; MBA or relevant certifications preferred.

Hourly Range: $17.00-$38.00
