We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of innovative eDiscovery solutions utilizing Generative AI (GenAI) based on underlying large language models (LLMs). This role involves close collaboration with UX designers and an engineering team to harness the tremendous potential of GenAI for efficiency gains, quality improvements, and consistency in eDiscovery workflows.

Responsibilities:

* Vision and Strategy: Define and articulate the product vision and strategy for integrating GenAI technologies into eDiscovery solutions. Ensure alignment with the overall business goals and user needs.
* Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the effective implementation of GenAI capabilities.
* Product Development: Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, including defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and managing the roadmap.
* GenAI Integration: Oversee the integration of GenAI technologies to address a range of eDiscovery tasks, such as document review, privilege identification, redaction consistency, and summarization.
* Pilot Testing: Coordinate pilot projects to demonstrate the potential of GenAI approaches in improving eDiscovery processes. Gather feedback and iterate on the solutions.
* Compliance and Ethics: Ensure the responsible use of GenAI technologies, considering privacy, trustworthiness, and regulatory compliance. Stay informed about emerging case law and ethical considerations.
* Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs related to GenAI in eDiscovery.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the legal technology or eDiscovery space.
* Strong understanding of GenAI, machine learning, and technology-assisted review (TAR).
* Experience working with UX designers and engineering teams in an agile development environment.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
* Ability to navigate complex legal and ethical considerations in the use of AI technologies.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Law, Business, or related field. A Master’s degree or higher is a plus.
