Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Ecommerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online product listings, drive sales, and enhance customer satisfaction. This role is crucial in ensuring our products are effectively marketed and sold across various ecommerce platforms.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute ecommerce strategies to drive product sales and market growth.
Manage product listings on various ecommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.).
Optimize product descriptions, images, and other content to enhance visibility and conversion rates.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create compelling promotional campaigns.
Monitor and analyze ecommerce performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements:

Proven experience in ecommerce management, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and best practices.
Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and digital marketing techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with inventory management and supply chain coordination.

Hourly Range: $20.00-$40.00
