Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Print on Demand – Shopify Print on Demand Expert to join our team. As a Print on Demand Expert, you will be responsible for managing and executing all aspects of our print on demand operations on the Shopify platform. Your primary focus will be on technical configuration with CRM systems and ensuring seamless integration with our print on demand services.

Responsibilities:

Configure and set up print on demand services on the Shopify platform.
Collaborate with the design team to optimize artwork files for printing.
Manage inventory and product listings on Shopify, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Monitor and fulfill orders efficiently, coordinating with print on demand partners to ensure timely delivery.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to print on demand, including order processing, artwork quality, and inventory management.
Work closely with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns for print on demand products.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in print on demand and Shopify integration.

Requirements:

Proven experience in print on demand operations, preferably on the Shopify platform.
Strong technical skills, including expertise in configuring and integrating CRM systems with print on demand services.
Proficient in using Shopify and its various features, including product listing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Familiarity with graphic design software and the ability to optimize artwork files for printing.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues related to print on demand operations.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products and services.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
