Skilled, conversion-focused website, designer required to refresh/re-skin/redesign premium business to business project management product website.

The current site is aesthetically dated and – while functional and logical – was not designed with conversion in mind.

// Objectives //

They deliverable is a revamped website design that is super clean, crisp and modern but – crucially – is based on solid and proven conversion design principles.

We are after someone who specialises in creating busy stunning websites that don’t just look good but are primed for conversion.

Important: the design should be in Figma – and designed with sufficient knowledge of Elementor to know it can be comfortably translated into Elementor.

// Design principles //

We believe in the power of minimalist design that speaks volumes about quality and trustworthiness. The redesigned site should:

* Feature a streamlined, user-friendly interface that prioritises ease of navigation and clarity.
* Utilise an optimised structure and graphic assets to support our conversion goals.
* Incorporate elements that enhance the user’s journey from landing to checkout, without overwhelming them with superfluous features.

// Requirements //

Interested candidates should be able to demonstrate and discuss:

* Track-record of designing in Figma for Elementor
* Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in high-end web design projects with a focus on CRO.
* Experience with conversion-focused design for business-to-business software or SaaS products (not services)

* An understanding of the latest web design trends and technologies, combined with a knowledge of what truly drives conversions.
* Ability to work collaboratively, taking onboard our vision and feedback, to create a bespoke design that aligns with our brand identity and commercial objectives.
* Excellent command of English required in order to effectively convey and communicate concepts critical to the design.

// Project Approach //

* Please reply with ‘The cow jumped over the moon’ as the first sentence of your response.
* We will provide a more detailed brief, link to website and product demo to shortlisted candidates.
* Discuss and confirm intended scope and overall strategy.
* We aim for a fixed-cost contract. Please provide your initial estimate based on the brief, with scope and budget specifics to be refined for selected candidates.
* Provide initial wireframe
* Work through iterations until project complete using a mix of Figma collaboration as well as milestone video calls.
* We will be very much ‘open door’ and easily accessible in order to provide as much feedback and steering as required – this design is a top business priority.
