Key Functionalities

1) Mentor Registration:

Mentors fill out a form including first name, last name, email, faculty, available hours, and membership in the LGBTQ+ community or Black community.
Data is stored in a structured format within Dataverse.

2) Mentee Registration:
Mentees submit their preferences through a form, including student number, name, email, faculty, and whether they wish to be matched by faculty or community preference.
The system suggests available mentors based on the selected criteria.

3) Matching Mechanism:

Upon form submission, mentees view a list of suitable mentors, showing their available hours.
Mentees select a mentor, triggering an update in the mentor’s availability.

4) Admin Dashboard:

Allows administrators to view and manage mentor-mentee pairs, send communications, and adjust mentor capacity limits.

5)Responsive Design:

The app must be usable on both mobile and tablet devices, adapting layout and content based on the device.
