• Program Name: Custom Software similar to BOLD AI.
• Core Functionality: Uses ChatGPT and an Australian mobile number to send text messages to clients, requesting reviews and following automated process flows.
Key Components:
1. Client Management (CRM):
o Client Loading: Clients are loaded into the CRM via API from another CRM.
o Tagging System: Each client is assigned tags that indicate what actions are required to happen (e.g., review requests, follow-up messages).
2. Communication:
o Integration with ChatGPT: The system uses ChatGPT to generate and send text messages.
o Mobile Number Integration: An Australian mobile number is used to send these messages to clients.
3. Process Flows:
o Flow Builder: A section in the system where you can create and manage different process flows.
 Example Flow: Review flow that sends a text message to clients asking for a review and follows up based on their response.
 Two Flows are to be created – Reviews and Reminder text flow.

o Use OpenAI’s API to integrate ChatGPT.

o Use an SMS gateway provider to send messages via an Australian mobile number.
o Possible providers include Twilio, Nexmo, or other Australian-based SMS services.
3. API Integration with APC-CRM:
o Clients must be able to be imported from our crm from custom APIs

Development Instructions:
1. Setting Up the CRM:

2. Building the Flow Section:
o Develop an interface for creating and managing process flows.
o Ensure each flow can be customised with different steps and triggers.

4. SMS Gateway Integration:
