He also held talks with Spain’s President Pedro Sánchez, Finland’s Prime Minister Petteri Orpo, Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić, Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenković, Estonian President Alar Karis, Kazakhstan’s Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov, and Bhutan’s Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay.
