We are seeking a highly skilled developer with experience in PL/SQL and Oracle Forms/Reports to join our team on an exciting real estate project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining critical applications for our project, ensuring high quality and performance.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain stored procedures, functions, and triggers in PL/SQL to support the needs of the real estate project.
Design, develop, and implement forms and reports using Oracle Forms and Reports.
Collaborate with the development team and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide effective solutions.
Perform unit and integration testing to ensure stability and performance of developed applications.
Properly document code and development processes.
Requirements:

Proven experience in PL/SQL development and strong understanding of Oracle databases.
Practical experience in developing forms and reports using Oracle Forms and Reports.
Solid knowledge of SQL and ability to optimize queries for better performance.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in the real estate industry will be considered an advantage.

Hourly Range: $20.00-$40.00
