I am facing roadblocks uploading an aab to the Test Tracks. It appears that I’m stuck on the account prerequisites such as regions, etc.

I need someone to assist me complete deploying a test AAB bundle on the Play Console

I already have the test app. Need to be able publish it to both the Alpha Track and Beta Track
