We are looking for an experienced PHP developer to make modifications and add new features to our existing PHP website. The site was developed in pure PHP and JS with no frameworks. The site was developed by me, but I don’t have enough time to implement the planned modifications and features. It’s mainly a shopping cart, but with the planned features it will be tightly integrated with shipping, purchasing and marketing functions. Once the bulk of the development is completed there will still be occational new features or maintenace required, so this will be a long term project. The ideal candidate should have a strong proficiency in PHP, mySQL, JS, HTML, and CSS. This project involves making changes to the backend code, database interactions, and frontend UI components. The developer should be able to understand existing code architecture, write clean and efficient code, and ensure compatibility across different browsers and devices. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently are essential. If you have experience with API programming, responsive web design and version control systems, it would be a plus.

Hourly Range: $6.00-$10.00
