We are a dynamic and rapidly growing tech consultancy. Our client is seeking a Senior Fullstack PHP/Symphony Developer to join their team working on exciting huge project for world-class customers.

* Responsibilities:

– Develop and maintain back-office applications using PHP and Symphony.
– Implement and style components with Tailwind CSS.
– Manage and optimize MariaDB databases.
– Lead and mentor a small team of developers, with the potential to grow into a team leader role.
– Conduct and participate in daily standups and regular sprint meetings in English.

* Requirements:

– Proven experience in PHP
– Symphony experience a big plus
– Strong knowledge of Tailwind CSS for frontend development.
– Hands-on experience with MariaDB / MySQL and database optimization.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Strong communication skills in English.
– Ability to work in a team environment and lead a team when required.
– Experience working in SLA-critical environments is a plus.

* Preferred Qualifications:

– Previous experience in a leadership role.
– Background in working with international teams.
– Understanding of complex back-office application development.

Hourly Range: $10.00-$25.00
