– Proven experience with end-to-end product design and build, executing a product vision all the way from concept, to final production deployment.
– Proven experience building, managing, and leading a team of developers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

– Effective Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of skilled PHP and JavaScript developers, ensuring high performance and cohesive teamwork.
– Project Oversight: Oversee all stages of the development process, from initial design to final deployment, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
– Strategic Leadership: Play a critical role in architectural and technology decisions, aligning development strategies with our organizational goals in sustainability.
– Hiring and Talent Development: Actively participate in hiring decisions and nurture the professional growth of team members.
– Executive Communication: Maintain direct communication with the CEO, providing regular updates and insights on team progress, project challenges, and milestones.

As the Lead of Software Engineering, you will be responsible for executing FMA (Facility Management Application) end-to-end product vision. This includes everything from working with leadership to hone the overall product vision, leading the development team through the development process, and on to the final production deployment. This might include mentoring members of the development team, trouble-shooting coding challenges, writing code or evolving product database; structure, or taking on some of the more challenging development tasks yourself.

Hourly Range: $25.00-$35.00
