We are currently looking to expand our development team with a skilled PHP Developer who will play a crucial role in improving and expanding our inventory database system.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the improvement and expansion of our current inventory database to include various types of inventory.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to facilitate efficient communication between our inventory database and external applications, including our proprietary plugin for inventory management and pricing updates.
• Collaborate with the development team to design and implement new features and functionalities that enhance our inventory management capabilities.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to optimize the performance of the database.
• Work closely with other departments to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of commercial experience in PHP development.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Symfony or any modern PHP framework.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
• Familiarity with SQL databases and their declarative query languages.
• Experience in working with version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with other programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Ruby.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS) is a plus.
• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
