I am looking for a full stack developer who can start working now and complete the project within a week.

What’s required:
1. Sign-in / Login page (sale happens through Shopify)
2. Web-based app where a user fills a form and it becomes a separate pre-designed landing page (separate URL)
3. Data infrastructure

Design is ready and I have described all tech requirements for each step.

What’s required: automatic translation to all EU languages, QR code generation
