We are seeking a skilled and motivated CodeIgniter Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PHP, a deep understanding of the CodeIgniter framework and experience in building and maintaining web applications. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and Maintain Web Applications: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the CodeIgniter framework.
2. Code Optimisation: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code to ensure high performance and scalability of the applications.
3. Database Management: Design and manage MySQL databases, ensuring data integrity and optimisation.
4. Front-End Development: Create user-facing views supported by server-side logic.
5. Testing and Debugging: Perform rigorous testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality and performance.
6. Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the existing application.
7. Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
8. Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the continuous improvement of our applications.

Experience: Proven experience as a CodeIgniter Developer or in a similar role.

Technical Skills:
Proficient in PHP and CodeIgniter.
Strong understanding of MVC architecture.
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Familiarity with MySQL databases and writing optimised SQL queries.
Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., GCP, AWS).
