we have 5TB of photos that we will store on an S3.
now we need an UI which allows:

Preview and view
Folders
Move/Copy/Delete
Search by existing tags  
Share with IOC and others
Upload by photographers via FTP

Search by existing tags
Receive new photos from upcoming events
Share selected images
Additional Tagging

PRIO 2
Adding tags
Changing tags
Structure and share by tags (collections)
Automatic sync with Cloudinary

open source is fine

if you (and only then) have made such a tool or know of an open source then get in touch.
