Hello, I have an account on an app but I can’t buy diamonds with my credit card. I don’t know why this happens, I need a tester to help me get round it. I’ve removed the security from my card but I still can’t buy.

This app is my source of work and I don’t use it just for fun. I need a competent tester with experience in buying and selling on websites and apps.
