We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Part-Time Shopify Virtual Assistant to support our Dutch and Scandinavian online store operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in e-commerce who is looking for a flexible work arrangement. Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with our customer support team to manage store inquiries, refunds, and provide assistance as needed.
– Conduct daily product research using tools like AdSparo to identify trending products and opportunities for our store.
– Utilize PageFly to create visually appealing product landing pages and develop effective product funnels.
– Curate compelling product reviews to enhance customer trust and credibility.
– Create Facebook advertisements, including crafting ad copies, headlines, and creatives to drive traffic and sales.
– Execute minor tasks and ad-hoc requests as required to support overall store operations.

Requirements:

– Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce or related roles.
– Proficiency in Dutch and Danish languages preferred, or demonstrated ability to utilize AI tools for flawless translations.
– Strong understanding of Shopify platform functionalities and experience in managing online stores.
– Familiarity with tools such as AdSparo for product research and PageFly for page design.
– Proven track record of creating effective Facebook advertisements.
– Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a remote team environment.
