We are seeking a highly skilled Elastic Search Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, security, and efficiency of our Elastic Search infrastructure, with a focus on server management, security implementation, and advanced searching capabilities. This role requires expertise in Elastic Search administration, security protocols, and a strong ability to enhance search functionalities.

Elastic Search Administration:
• Install, configure, and maintain Elastic Search clusters.
• Monitor and optimize cluster performance for efficiency and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Elastic Search infrastructure.

Security Implementation:
• Implement and manage security measures for Elastic Search clusters.
• Ensure compliance with security best practices and company policies.
• Regularly perform security audits and address vulnerabilities.

Advanced Searching:
• Collaborate with development teams to enhance and optimize search functionalities.
• Implement advanced search features and capabilities based on project requirements.
• Provide expertise on query optimization and indexing strategies.

Documentation and Training:
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Elastic Search configurations and security measures.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on Elastic Search best practices.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Elastic Search Consultant or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Elastic Search server administration and security protocols.
• Experience in implementing and managing security measures for Elastic Search.
• Strong understanding of advanced searching techniques and optimization strategies.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Hourly Range: $15.00-$25.00
