The Role: [PLEASE READ CAREFULLY]
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Design Project Manager/ Design Lead to join our team on a part-time basis. Your hours of availability must be between 10AM PST – 4PM PST Monday – Friday. You wont be needed for that entire time but need to be available for an hour meeting with the designer, client or myself throughout the week. You can expect to have 2hr-3hr meetings throughout the week during the window mentioned. Please re-read this if it didn’t make sense. Essentially, you’ll be working 2-3hrs per week to manage and oversee these projects.

The ideal candidate will manage various design projects, leading our design team to meet our exacting standards within the set timelines. (Look at attachment to get an idea of the design SOP you’ll follow with the current design team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee design projects from conception to completion.
2. Implement SOPs to ensure project completion within 11-15 hours over a 4 week design roadmap.
3. Coordinate with clients and the design team to achieve project objectives.
4. Manage project schedules, resources, and deliverables.
5. Ensure the final design meets the required quality standards.
6. Provide leadership and direction to the design team.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3 years experience with Figma.
2. Proven organizational and project management skills.
3. Demonstrated ability in team leadership and management.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.

Compensation:
– $25/hr – $35/hr, commensurate with experience.
Payment will be project-based, aligned with our SOP timelines.

Hourly Range: $35.00-$45.00
