Khalid bin Salman posted that he met Pakistan’s Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defence Forces, Field Marshal Asim Munir, to discuss Iranian attacks “and the measures needed to halt them within the framework of our Joint Strategic Defense Agreement,” adding that such actions “undermine regional security and stability” and urging Iran to “exercise wisdom and avoid miscalculation.” Pakistani and Saudi readouts recall that their Strategic Mutual Defence Agreement, signed in 2025, says aggression against one will be treated as an attack on both.
