Someone with a good understanding of UI and how to optimize pages for for speed and quality across mobile and desktop.

We want to have a steady long term freelancer as we have multiple development projects in the pipeline. Since we have different projects running at the same time, someone who is committed to deadlines and is good at updating status of tasks and executing well is a must.
