We are seeking a talented developer to create an Outlook add-in that integrates with our internal AI platform. The purpose of the add-in is to enhance the email workflow by providing intelligent features such as automated email replies, email composition assistance, and email summarization. We aim to achieve a user experience similar to Microsoft Copilot, leveraging our own AI capabilities.

Requirements:
1. Outlook Integration: The add-in should seamlessly integrate with Microsoft Outlook, supporting the latest versions of Outlook for Windows and Outlook for Mac.

2. Authentication: Implement a secure authentication mechanism to connect the add-in with our internal AI platform. This may involve API keys, OAuth, or other authentication methods.

3. Email Reply Automation: Develop functionality that suggests automated email replies based on the content of incoming emails. The AI system should analyze the email context and provide relevant response options for the user to choose from.

4. Email Composition Assistance: Enable the add-in to provide real-time suggestions and recommendations while the user is composing an email. These suggestions can include autocomplete suggestions, grammar and spelling checks, and intelligent phrase recommendations.

5. Email Summarization: Implement a feature that summarizes the content of lengthy emails. The AI system should be able to extract key information and generate concise summaries that provide an overview of the email’s content.

6. Integration with AI Platform API: Connect to our internal AI platform’s API to send and receive data for processing. This may involve making HTTP requests, handling JSON data, and managing asynchronous operations.

7. User Interface: Design and implement a user-friendly interface within Outlook for accessing and interacting with the add-in’s features. The interface should be intuitive, visually appealing, and seamlessly blend with the Outlook user experience.

8. Testing and Debugging: Thoroughly test the add-in in various scenarios and environments to ensure its stability, functionality, and performance. Implement proper error handling and debugging capabilities to identify and resolve issues.

9. Documentation: Provide clear and comprehensive documentation that outlines the add-in’s functionality, installation instructions, and usage guidelines.

10. Deployment and Distribution: Prepare the add-in for deployment and distribution. This may involve packaging it for the Microsoft Office Store or deploying it internally within our organization.
