Responsibilities
• Develop and customize reports and dashboards using JasperSoft Studio and JasperSoft Server.
• oracle scripts being created and integrated using Oracle BI Tools like Oracle Reports Builder or Oracle BI Publisher.
• experience in designing and optimizing SQL queries and data models as well as must have experience with data warehousing principles
• Work closely with business analysts and end users to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and optimize data models and queries to support reporting needs.
• Implement best practices for report design, layout, and formatting to enhance usability and readability.
• Perform unit testing and troubleshooting to ensure the accuracy and integrity of reports.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate reports into existing systems and applications.
• Provide training and support to end users on report usage and functionality.

Qualifications and Required Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.).
• Knowledge of data visualization best practices and principles.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience in the FinTech industry would be advantageous.
