Additionally, we are offering a unique compensation package where the developer would receive a percentage of the company’s profit, 1% OF THE BENEFITS OF THE COMPANY. Currently, we have a turnover of $10 million, which would equate to $10,000 monthly for the developer. As our turnover grows, so would their salary, making this a lucrative opportunity for the right candidate.
