We are seeking a skilled developer to spearhead the creation of an innovative IoT platform designed to streamline access to IoT devices, enabling users to monitor status, receive notifications, and view pertinent information. This cutting-edge project involves developing a system capable of both receiving and transmitting data from various devices, initially focusing on a leak detection system utilizing MQTT for communication. The platform will be built with scalability in mind, allowing for the future integration of additional sensors such as temperature and humidity sensors.

Key Features:

• Design and implement a database for the efficient storage of sensor and user data.
• Develop a user-friendly interface that allows for the seamless addition, deletion, and renaming of devices.
• Ensure the platform’s compatibility with the TTN network (The Things Network), facilitating device allocation and management.
• Craft a multi-tier user system comprising three levels: Admins with overarching access to all devices and settings; Customers with access to all devices within a specific location; and Individual Users, who can monitor devices within their personal space (e.g., homes within a building complex).

Additional Features:

• Implement a robust notification system that alerts Customers and Individual Users via email and SMS about detected leaks, ensuring timely awareness and response.
