Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive web designer familiar with Webflow for the maintenance of our website. Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Webflow’s platform, an eye for design consistency, and the ability to efficiently update content, create new pages, and ensure a seamless UI/UX across our site.

Responsibilities:
– Regularly update website content to keep it fresh and relevant (all content will be provided e.g. blog posts).
– Design and implement new pages as required, ensuring they align with our brand guidelines and website’s overall aesthetic.
– Conduct thorough testing for functionality and browser compatibility.
– Optimize website performance to ensure fast loading times and a smooth user experience.
– Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all web properties, focusing on UI/UX best practices.
– Work closely with our marketing and design teams to translate business and marketing requirements into compelling website functionalities.
– Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Webflow design or functionality.
– Implement SEO best practices in collaboration with our marketing team to improve site visibility.

Requirements:
– Proven experience working with Webflow, including a portfolio of past projects.
– Strong understanding of responsive design principles and best practices in UI/UX design.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
– Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for minor customizations.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
– Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
– Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices is a plus.

Hourly Range: $8.00-$12.00
