Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi described the 5th round of talks with the United States as “professional” till now. Araghchi said that there was a positive shift in tone between Tehran and Western powers during talks in Rome on May 23. Araghchi also said that Iran’s positions remain firm and clearly communicated. He called the talks complex but also noted that a “reasonable path” was now emerging.
