A video has surfaced allegedly showing a Russian drone taking out a U.S.-made М109 Paladin howitzer in Ukraine. Russia’s Defence Ministry released the video, claiming its forces destroyed the М109 Paladin, a 155 mm self-propelled gun, using a Lancet drone. According to the Russian Defence Ministry, the incident occurred in the Kherson region where Russian troops located and fired at the camouflaged U.S.-supplied armor, ultimately destroying it with a drone strike. Meanwhile, Ukraine lost a strategically significant position on the eastern bank of the Dnieper River.
