Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Odoo developer to undertake a complete overhaul of our existing Odoo installation. Our current system is experiencing breakdowns, and we require a fresh setup on a new server. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up the new system, configuring permissions with fine-grained access control, migrating all vital historical data, and establishing a bi-directional synchronization with our Magento store.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate the current Odoo setup and identify the causes of system breakdowns.
Install Odoo on a new server and configure it according to our business requirements.
Implement fine-grained access control to ensure secure and role-specific permissions.
Migrate all essential data, including customer information, item details, and historical records, from the old system to the new one.
Set up and test a bi-directional synchronization between Odoo and our Magento store, ensuring seamless data flow.
Provide documentation and training for the new system to relevant staff members.
Requirements:

Proven experience in Odoo development and system administration.
Strong knowledge of Python and Odoo’s API.
Experience with data migration and synchronization between different platforms.
Familiarity with Magento and its integration with Odoo.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Previous work on similar Odoo overhaul projects.
