Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client business processes and identify areas for improvement through Odoo.
Configure Odoo modules to meet specific client requirements, including modules for CRM, inventory management, accounting, and more.
Develop and deliver comprehensive Odoo training programs to ensure user adoption and maximize software effectiveness.
Generate BRD, FRD and SDD document in a professional and comprehensive standards
Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring successful on-time and on-budget implementations is a plus.
Provide ongoing support to clients after go-live, troubleshooting any issues and addressing new requirements.
Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals and close deals.
Stay up-to-date on the latest Odoo features and best practices through ongoing learning and certification.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
Odoo certified consultant 15 or higher
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Odoo consultant or functional analyst.
Proven experience in successfully implementing Odoo for clients across various industries.
In-depth knowledge of Odoo modules, including CRM, inventory management, accounting, and project management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
