We’re seeking a highly skilled professional to elevate our executive coaching practice through advanced Notion implementations, AI integrations, and streamlined processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Notion Template and Workspace Development:
• Create complex, interconnected Notion templates for coaching processes
• Design and implement advanced database structures with multiple relations
• Develop dynamic dashboards and views for efficient information management
Automation and AI Integration:
• Implement Notion’s native automations and integrate with external tools (e.g., Zapier)
• Develop custom scripts for advanced automations beyond Notion’s built-in features
• Create AI-powered systems within Notion for content generation, data analysis, and decision support
• Design interfaces for clients to input data and receive AI-generated outputs based on our frameworks
Process Optimization:
• Analyze current workflows and implement efficient, scalable processes
• Create SOPs and documentation for repeatable tasks
• Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Content Creation and Knowledge Management:
• Develop a system for transforming coaching insights into structured, reusable content
• Maintain and expand wikis and knowledge bases
• Create templates for consistent content generation across various coaching materials
CRM Operations:
• Set up and manage a comprehensive client tracking system in Notion
• Implement automated follow-ups and task creation based on client interactions
• Design reporting systems for monitoring client progress and program effectiveness
Requirements:

• Expert-level Notion skills, including complex database design, formula creation, and API usage
• Strong understanding of AI tools and their practical applications in business processes
• Experience with CRM systems and client management processes
• Excellent writing and content organization skills
• Proficiency in scripting languages for custom automations (e.g., JavaScript, Python)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate complex processes into user-friendly systems
