I am seeking a Notion expert to enhance our Notion system, which is utilized across our businesses. We have established databases and implemented fundamental formatting, such as relations and roll-ups, to connect these databases. However, we intend to expand its application to other areas of our business, making optimization essential to ensure minimal errors, accurate data collation through automation and formulas, and precise record-keeping.

The key components of our Notion setup include:

1. Client database
2. Outreach database
3. External source spreadsheet (considering onboarding this into Notion)
4. Pipeline database
5. Networking and follow-ups database

I would prefer clear documentation of the automation and tasks performed to understand how the system operates. This documentation will help me troubleshoot any issues and allow for future system enhancements.

Additionally, I would like a template version of this Notion system to be created, enabling its use in other businesses or projects I am involved in.

We are looking to have this optimization completed as soon as possible. I will provide a video walkthrough of the current system and discuss its functionalities by the end of February 6th.
