A man brandishing an axe attempted to attack police officers on a busy street in Hamburg, Germany, causing chaos to break out on the streets on June 16. The person wearing all black came out of a cafe, walked up to the police, and yelled at them. Then he started running after onlookers, encouraging cops to start shooting.
