Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk stressed in Paris on Tuesday that Poland will not send “boots on the ground” to Ukraine, but remains committed to fulfilling key logistical tasks in support of a peace framework agreed by the so-called Coalition of the Willing. Tusk reiterated Warsaw’s role as a logistics hub and coordinator for future security and reconstruction support, while emphasising that no expectation exists for Polish troop deployment. At the summit, France and the UK signed a declaration with Ukraine on deploying multinational forces after a ceasefire, and the U.S. backed binding security guarantees for Kyiv.
