We are seeking a skilled and experienced NetSuite Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in supporting, maintaining, and optimizing our NetSuite application to ensure seamless operations across various branches and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

– Support & Maintenance: Oversee the day-to-day support and maintenance of the current NetSuite application, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
– Branch Migration: Manage the migration process of new branches into NetSuite, ensuring smooth transitions and integration.
– Feature Development: Collaborate with the development team to design, build, and implement new features within NetSuite to enhance functionality and meet business needs.
– Integration Management: Facilitate the integration of NetSuite with existing applications such as Paylocity and ServiceTrade (Fire Inspection Platform), ensuring data synchronization and operational efficiency.
– Data Management: Perform data cleansing and integrity checks, including data syndication for migration. Coordinate with Suyati for data-related tasks.
– Acquisition Onboarding: Assist with onboarding new acquisitions into NetSuite, ensuring a seamless integration process and alignment with existing systems.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience with NetSuite application support, maintenance, and development.
– Strong knowledge of NetSuite integrations with other applications and platforms.
– Experience in data management, including data cleansing and migration.
– Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
